Sick leave and annual leave in the event of a strike

For those who have been inquiring about sick leave and annual leave in the event of a strike, sick leave will continue for those employees who have been on sick leave continuously for four weeks prior to a job action. Medical documentation will be required and special circumstances will be reviewed as necessary.

On the question of annual leave (vacation), there will be no payment to members for annual leave for the duration of the job action.
